History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Stylist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born in a small island village. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
