History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Galiena was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Knight. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Bellfounder. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
