History: Jane was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and money/treasure

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to protect his home

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. Her golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
