Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering her clean studded leather. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: An older woman who wears a black shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Miner. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
