History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Giselle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Rohesia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against giants
