History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
