History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
