History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her right hand. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Fortune-teller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well
