Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oriel grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Theobald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
