Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anne grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anne. Being a Butcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nicholas studied abroad. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
