History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
