Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Justin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants revenge against giants

History: Mary was born the youngest of three triplets. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Fisher, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to unite with her brother

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
