History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ermina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ermina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Adelaide was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
