History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Adelard was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: This man tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is blonde and very short. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son
