History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Junk Dealer born in the past three hundred years. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Eloise was born with her father's beautiful face. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eloise fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He carries a battered mace and tarnished scimitar as well. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alex is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he has money and likes to spend it
