History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Dustin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dustin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and wants to raise his children well

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Odo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
