Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Mary was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Mary was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mary decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
