Description: She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her head has been shaved. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Matilda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Matilda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Fisher, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a Jeweler, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears just a black suit. Her black hair is wavy and long. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She takes great joy in being the best Laborer in town.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Millicent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.
Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud
