History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
