History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Clerebold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Clerebold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is content

History: Born to a Cartwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
