After coming to the age of reason, Conrad took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cook born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He wears a yellow vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his yellow boots flare out at the collars, and carries halberds. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety
