Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing and is in decent physical shape. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a worn and beaten armor. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a fancy black dress. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Herleva embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Herleva grew up listening to her father's many stories. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
