Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She tends to her Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow.
