Description: A plain young-adult man, he is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shane does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Solomon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he's in love

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his bastard sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Richard took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
