History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Jacoba took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
