History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
