Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Emmeline took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emmeline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
