Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Sailor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather and is in decent physical shape. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Tim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Tim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and wears a green cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. She has amber eyes and a green hat with a brown feather.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelaide fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available she will default to her trident. She has shaved her head bald. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rohesia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rohesia. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to find somewhere to settle down
