History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered drow who tried to eat her hand. After a long history of fighting, Helen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Elizabeth was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove his worth to the world
