Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull green iron scale mail. He wears his white hair down. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Guy hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Guy was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He has a missing left arm. He is typically in his Farmer uniform. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gifted student she started as a Dyer, but she got bored and became a Body Guard. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with her brother
