History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
