Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a black coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He is a Interpreter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Rolf was taken on many hunting expeditions. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: Standing 5'4", this man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barrister who has hired him part-time. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by his family; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Agnes learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She struck the Soapmaker job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and balancing her hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

Description: She tends to wear a large brown jacket. Her hair is black and curly. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Gifted from a young age, Anne studied abroad. A gifted student she started as a Glassblower, but she got bored and became a Sage. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Anne was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to end her boredom
