History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ralf was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
