However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Born in the south to a Server, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Manfred was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Server. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
