Through the years after Rosalind was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rosalind's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away
