Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a fancy pastel suit. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
