History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kody studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
