History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. With wild chestnut hair. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a Guard, her father struggled to pay the bills. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
