History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ida isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Aldous reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.
