He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ruler. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
