Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has moderate length silver hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Interpreter born in the past three hundred years. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Description: This man wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dustin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dustin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a simple blue robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has slicked back auburn hair. She has green eyes and a blue hat with a brown feather.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
