Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Hadwisa would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
