Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barber. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
