The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
