History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Millicent never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
