History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her youth she was a Stableman, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelaide fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gomory hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
