History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Bricklayer, but he was a colossal failure. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
