Melissa Westcott, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She sports golden long hair. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Melissa was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spy. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Bernard Sydney, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
