Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His ears are large.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gunter has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a grey shirt, with a violet mid length shorts with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
