History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Carter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Emeny was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has achieved small success as a Carter.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
